The Circle: Coming Home to Yourself

In the midst of caring for everyone else, meeting expectations, and moving through the demands of daily life, it’s easy to lose touch with the person beneath it all.

Coming Home to Yourself is the first gathering in The Circle—a monthly women’s community created to offer a space for authentic connection, nervous-system-informed practices, and meaningful conversation.

Together, we’ll slow down, reconnect with our inner world, and explore what it means to return to ourselves with compassion and curiosity. Through guided reflection, gentle somatic practices, and authentic relating exercises, you’ll have the opportunity to quiet the noise, reconnect with your body, and remember the wisdom that already lives within you.

This is not group therapy or a support group. It is a facilitated community experience where women can gather, be seen, share honestly, and cultivate deeper connection—with themselves and one another. Sharing is always an invitation, never an expectation.

During the evening, you’ll experience:

A grounding arrival practice
Guided somatic and mindfulness exercises
Authentic connection with other women
Personal reflection and journaling
Facilitated group discussion
A gentle closing integration

Whether you’re feeling disconnected, navigating change, or simply longing for genuine community, you are welcome here.

Come exactly as you are. There is nothing to fix—only space to remember yourself.

Space is intentionally limited to maintain an intimate and connected experience. Tea and snacks available.

Entry is not guaranteed after the opening circle begins.

Tickets may be purchased as gifts, but the attendee’s full name, email address, and phone number are required prior to attendance. Each attendee must complete her own waiver/registration forms.
