The Circle : The parts of Me I’m Learning to Love

What if the parts of yourself you’ve learned to hide, judge, or wish away didn’t need to be fixed—but needed to be met with a little more love?

This Circle is an invitation to gently explore the pieces of ourselves we’ve labeled as too much, not enough, messy, sensitive, difficult, or unworthy of being seen.

Through somatic exploration, authentic connection, reflection, and an experiential practice centered around receiving love and compassionate witnessing, we’ll explore what happens when we meet shame with something different.

You will never be required to disclose anything you don’t want to share. You are always welcome to participate at the level that feels right for you.

Come as you are. You don’t have to earn your place here.

Space is intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the Circle.

Entry is not guaranteed after the opening circle begins.
